Resistance training for shoulder rehabilitation and arm
swinging strengthening.
Advantages:
Strengthens shoulder and increases power and quickness of
arm swing. Great for the traveling athlete or business person. Provides
three color coded resistance tubes with one handle and anchor strap,
providing the customer with a choice of resistance level. Four color
training manual included, written by Gary Sato, Olympic Gold Medal
Volleyball Team Trainer. Resistance levels are sold individually or as a
